New Self check-In Screen for Patients
We have installed a new automated check-in screen. This is on the left of the reception area. It is hoped that this will reduce queuing in the reception area. Using the screen is easy and there are clear instructions but if you would rather speak to a receptionist please do so. The reception team will help you if you have any queries.
If you have an urgent medical problem and you are unsure of the correct course of action to take, PLEASE DO CONTACT US FOR GUIDANCE IN THE FIRST INSTANCE.

From Thursday 25th May for 5 days the road outside the surgery will be closed. Please be assured that we will be here. I have spoken to Essex Highways and they assure us that access to the premises will be maintained at all times.
On Tuesday 30th May the practice will have no electricity due to essential engineering work in the area. We are sorry that this may cause some disruption. We will be here to provide urgent care if it is needed. We will not be able to book appointments, give out test results, take payment by credit card etc. Please allow extra time for both this power outage and the bank holiday when ordering repeat prescriptions.
