If you are treating yourself or someone else at home, any waste is your responsibility.

If the waste is not hazardous you can bag it and put it in your black bin. If the waste is hazardous, you must arrange for a separate collection through a company called GB Holdings. You can call them on 01245 464214 to arrange a booking

If you use sharps at home you must put them in a sharps box and must not put them in the household waste. To get rid of the sharps box you can contact GB Holdings to organise a collection. You can call them on 01245 464214 to arrange a booking

Please note that you cannot return sharps bins to the surgery. You also cannot return your sharps bins to any local pharmacies as they do not provide this service
